Espresso whole beans

This coffee comes thanks to the producers with sustainable practices that Hugo Salazar's project "Arabica Colimota" runs in the Colima state in Mexico.

The coffee beans where harvested by the team led by Sergio Schulte Gomez in the fields of "Nevado de Colima" (which means "Colima's snowy" with reference to the Colima Volcano's neighbour, the "Nevado" or "the Snowy" which is an inactive volcano that, is next to the active volcano, and very often during winter it is snowy on its peak, thus the nickname "Snowy".)

Schulte Gomez's coffee farm is close to "Zapotitlan de Vadillo" (1750 meters above sea level) which is a town in the Jalisco state in Mexico. (Very close to the border to the Colima state).

The beans are fermented anaerobically for 120 hours and dried for 27 days.

The process is Natural (Not Washed, or Honey, in case you did not know there exists other processes to process your coffee).

Feel free to rate the coffee in tracknrate.com and let us know what taste notes you can feel in this.

Please contact us to place an order, by email or by phone, as it is the only way for now for you to get this coffee.
